Angi and I went by at 2:15 very quiet and at 2:50 a car was encroaching a little on his driveway so I asked to
please move up a little. They were cooperative and the whole area cleared out by 2-2:05.

Hey Michael,
Please continue to go out between 2 PM and 3 PM to patrol along Highland near Bishop Peak Elementary
school for the next two weeks. We have received calls from a nearby resident stating that vehicles picking up
students at that time are violating parking rules and regulations.
I think being seen will be sufficient; issuing citations should be reserved for extreme cases only.
