Everyone that has been hired in Communications after that date is provided with Quickest Route training. There are no training records specific to Quickest Route. The operations manual from Spillman that Melissa attached to her email is what Kerri used to program Quickest Route and it is also what I reference. Please let me know if I can provide any further assistance.
