Thefinaldesignfeaturesand colorpaletteswereagreed tobythedeveloper. Insteadofthecolor 'qing' onthebrickfacadeintheChinesetraditionthedeveloperhaspaintedthemwhite. Inlieuofthe accentcolorcinnabarred (intheChinesetradition - andacolorfoundonneighboringhistoricstructures) thedeveloper hasappliedabeigecolor. Finally, inlieuoftheapproved 'EightDiagrams' fortheironrailings, thedeveloperhasinstalled verticalbars.
