This short film came out a few weeks ago, describing Utrecht's process of becoming one of the world's top bike and
pedestrian friendly cities. Ranked as the third most bike-friendly city in the world according to recent article in Wired
magazine (note that there is not a single US city in the top 20), Utrecht has a lot of lessons we could apply in San Luis
Obispo. I hope you find this both interesting and inspiring!
