Thank you for your time today on the phone. It was a pleasure speaking with you.
Per our discussion, I am writing to request copies of the lease documentation pertaining to AT&T’s wireless installation
in Santa Rosa Park. Our understanding is that they are currently leasing space for their radio equipment in one of the
storage buildings, along with access and utility easements thereto.
We would also request the same lease documentation for Verizon’s installation, who our plans show also leasing space
within an adjacent storage building.
If you have any questions or need any additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
