Upon arrival T-2 established Highland IC and found a box truck stuck under the over pass with all occupants out. There was moderate damage to the top of the trucks cargo area and no structural damage to the over pass. UPD confirmed no injuries and requested T-2 to assist with disentangling the truck from under the over pass. Specifically from the fiber optic conduit line running across the over pass on the east side. BC-3 was assigned as Safety Officer, T-2 with UPD and the driver safely removed/backed the truck out with no damage to the over pass or fiber optic line. Once the truck was removed T-2 cleared W/O incident or change. Additionally Railroad representative was on scene during the operation, reference UPD run # 19-0543 for all other accident information.
