NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City of San Luis Obispo will receive bids for the
"SEWER LINING PROJECT 2019, Spec No. 91641" at the Public Works Administration Office
located at 919 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 until, THURSDAY, MAY 30, 2019, at
2:00 P.M., when they will be publicly opened.
Bids received after said time will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope
plainly marked with the project title, contractor name, address, and specification number.
The Contractor must possess a valid Class A or C34 License at the time of the bid opening.
Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check/cashier's check or bidder's bond for 10% of
the bid amount, payable to the City of San Luis Obispo.

Proposals. Bid packages may be obtained at the Public Works Department for a non-refundable
fee of $20.00 in person, $30.00 if mailed. City Standard Specifications and Engineering
Standards may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $16.00 in person, $21.00 if mailed.

in the above entitled matter. I am the principal

has been adjudged a newspaper of general
circulation by the Superior Court of the County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, under
