Garrison and Gale M. Garrison, Trustees of The Allen and Gale Garrison Revocable Trust dated
November 15, 2001, as OFFEROR, hereby OFFERS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal
Corporation and charter City, as OFFEREE, an irrevocable easement for public street and utilities
purposes upon, over, under and across a portion of certain property described as a portion of Lot 3
of Section 10 in Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City
of San Luis �bispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as described in the Grant
Deed recorded as Document Number 2002-002590 in the office of the County Recorder of said

That portion of the land described in the Grant Deed in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, recorded as Document Number 2002-002590 of Official
Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, said land described in said Grant
Deed lying within Lot 3 of Section 10 in Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Basi
and Meridian, in said County, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map SLO 08-0020 according to
the Parcel Map filed in Book 76 at pages 81-86 of Parcel Maps in the Office of said County
Recorder;
Thence along the northwesterly line of said land described in said Grant Deed, also being the
southeasterly line of South Higuera Street North 300 26' 50" East, 300.40 feet to the most
northerly corner of said land described in said Grant Deed, said corner being a point on the
westerly line of the land described in the Road Dedication according to the Deed recorded in
Book 6 at page 49 of Book of Deeds in the Office of said County Recorder;
Thence along said westerly line South 01 ° 21'07" West, 114.46 feet to the beginning of a non -
