See also Haynie v Superior Court (2001) 26 C. 4th 1063. Any photos, audio, or video is considered part of our investigation and is therefore exempt from disclosure. I can provide a copy of the public log for this incident as well as a Summary Sheet which contains all information required to be released based on GC 6254(f). Please let me know if you would like to be provided with either of those documents. Please note that no photographs were taken in this case. This is indicated on the copy of the police report you provided with your request. The photos are not public, but you would have been entitled to photos (If there were any taken) as the attorney for an involved party in the collision.
