BENSON, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS <br />OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title and <br />interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, <br />County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit: <br />That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section <br />22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M. according to the <br />official plat of said land approved by the Surveyor General, <br />November 30, 1867, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29 <br />which is N 89° 50' E, 557.12 feet from the Southeast corner of <br />Lot 3, as shown on the map attached to the Decree of Partition <br />entered in the Superior Court of the State of California in and <br />for the County of San Luis Obispo on July 25, 1893, said point <br />of beginning being the Southeast corner of the land described in <br />the deed to Francis S.
