1�► <br />F -iad,338 PAGE262 <br />S-71 <br />COVENANT <br />The undersigned, owners of the, property hereinafter described, for and in <br />consideration of the postponement of water hook up charges on the Southwood water <br />extension line, hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo on behalf of our- <br />selves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or assigns, that in the <br />event said property is ever connected to the water line on Southwood Drive, or in <br />the event said City or ourselves acquire full use of the existing six (6) foot strip of <br />property lying between the property hereinafter described and Southwood Drive, <br />then we shall promptly pay to the City the sum of $1,101.24, being the apportioned <br />cost of said Southwood extension water line. <br />This covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of the <br />City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation, and shall be enforceable by <br />said City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or <br />assigns. <br />Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis <br />Obispo, State of California., and more particularly described as follows: <br />All that portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Town- <br />ship 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the County of San Luis <br />Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat or plats of the survey of <br />said lands returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General, described <br />as follows: <br />M <br />Be2InIn 9 at a point on the South line of the property conveyed to Arthur A.
