Installing an ADA accessible sidewalk <br />extension behind the existing driveway ramp per city and ADA standards in effect at the time that <br />construction is required. The required improvements may require the owner /applicant to remove <br />or relocate existing site improvements including but not limited to decorative columns and <br />fencing to upgrade the driveway approach located along the Cerro Romauldo frontage. <br />The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San <br />Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written <br />notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. <br />Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of <br />California, and is described as follows: <br />1. CY SLO Tract 60 Lot 6 of Block G <br />2. Assessors Parcel Number: 052- 303 -006 <br />3.
