LEAL, a single woman, hereby grants <br />to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, in further <br />consideration of the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />drainage channel over the premises hereinafter described, the right <br />of way and incidents thereto for a drainage channel over that certain <br />real property situated in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of <br />California and described as follows: <br />Drainage Easement: <br />An easement for the construction and maintenance of a <br />drainage channel being 47 feet wide over a portion of Lots "G" and "J" <br />of R. R. Harris resubdivision of Lots 58, 61, 62, 63,64 and 65 of J. T. <br />Stratton's survey of Ranchos Canada de Los Osos & La Laguna, San Luis <br />Obispo County, State of California, as said Lots are shown on map <br />filed for record in Book "A" at Page 161 of Maps in the office of the <br />San Luis Obispo County Recorder, the centerline of said easement being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the South right of way line of <br />Madonna Road, distant South 39° 46' 29" East, 30.00 feet from Engineer's <br />centerline Station 35400.00 of Madonna Road as per State Highway Map <br />of V- SLO- 2 -SLO, recorded in Book 2 at page 617 of State Highway maps <br />in the office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder; thence along said <br />South right of way line, as it now exists, South 50° 10' 16" West, <br />493.82 feet to the most Northerly corner of that parcel of land described <br />in deed recorded in Volume 560 at Page 45 of Official Records in the <br />office of said County Recorder; thence leaving said South right of way <br />line and running along the Northeast line of said parcel, South 46° <br />04' 00" East, 419.87 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South <br />52° 34' 30" West, 625.50 feet, more or less, to the Northeast line of <br />that parcel of land described in deed recorded in Volume 1344 at Page <br />645 of Official Records in the office of said County Recorder, and to the <br />end of said easement. <br />DATED: January �� , 1967 <br />3 <br />ROZA�� EUL I <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO ) W <br />On January /$ 1967, before me, the undersigned, <br />a Notary Public in and for s - ir State, personally appeared ROZA C.
